Guitaraoke? anyone?

Ok - I tried - but my guitar sounds like utter garbage when dropped to C (I know sounds like it in E too - :s)

Anyway - heres just the bass and drums.... play along - record over it - have fun... what ever....

Oh duh... Its 3 days Grace - 'Animal I've become'

Enjoy

Russ is just super!Russ is just super!Russ is just super!Russ is just super!Russ is just super!Russ is just super!

Hehe, I was just playing around with this just to see what my guitar would sound like in dropped C (or whatever you call 1 step below dropped D), actually it doesn't sound half bad.

One thing though, it seems that (maybe) you are missing a note in the bass line (the verse after the intro)?

i.e. (psuedo-tab)
33 333 333 3335 <--- (the last note missing?)

In any case, thanks for sharing.

It sounded (to me) like there was no 4th note there (at the end) at all in your version.
i.e.
33 333 333 333
Not a big deal, it just threw me off for a second when I first tried to play all long with it (after playing along with the real song).

Also - it seems I was consistent - and did that same pattern through out..
Should I fix them all?

Its hard for me to tell - as the MP3 is low quality - and sorta obscured by the pinch harmonic virbrato thing happening the 8th note prior to that note.

It is up to you, but, it does sound like there is an F note there (with some vibrato) to me.

This is the version I was playing with to get familair with song:

Ah ok.
It sounds to me like the REST should be the F note (quarter note?), and get rid of the last note of that bar.

Bass is forefront bass module VSTi
The drums are Sonar 6's Session drummer (samples only)

Seeing if its worth upgrading.... But as much as I like the realism of the drum samples - I can't say I am jumping thru hoops on the few kits that it comes with and they want you to buy more kits/midi loops... and it seems a bit buggier than sonar 5...but I havent got the V6.XX update either...

*holds chin in deep thought*
