Thumbs Up! de-noise for kxdrivers

this will take out the annoying noises that come with the kxdriver install with all default settings.
this fix does not require the use of DSP or anything.
it is as simple as:
control panel -> sound -> and set default on anything other than master mixer

candidate selections are as follows:
wave out 2/3
wave out 4/5
wave out 6/7


wave out 2/3 works best for me

SPDIF/AC3 works also, even for analog output. It's actually wave out 0/1, or so I've read.
