Thumbs Up! Check again (refreshed)

Hello here is a demo song I just did. It is composed with Reason2 and of course kx. I know there are a few things in this piece of music, like levels, that need to be edited. But I need everyone's opinion it's one of my first works. (The first edition is not available any more, the link leads to the new edition)

here it is:
MMooMM - Today 03/01/2004

And this is my site I'm just building:
MMooMM Project

Thanks in advance for every reply.

Personally I would take the crashes out of the beginning and leave just the keyboard starting things out. The crashing stuff seems out of place to me in the beginning of the piece.

As I was listening to it I got the feeling that it was like background music for a movie, then I clicked on your site link and see your site is about Music and Movies. Is that what you had in mind with this piece?

Nice work-keep plugging.

Doug

Are many of these pieces I've listened to in this forum played with an instrument, or is it resampled
tracks, or....just computer wizzardry? Some are quite good.

BMG, most are original compositions. Some are played with "real" instruments and some use Vst instruments. Stamvas, nice stereo effects but I agree Doug... The crashing stuff sounds bad. Also, you could use a better piano sound. Unless that was the sound you were trying to achieve...

Smilie Thanks!

Thank you guys for the good words and the possitive comments. The fact is that this track was inspired constructed and recorded within 48 hours and yes the picture in my mind while jamming was a movie backround "vision".
You're right that the crash thing was a bit annoying, even to my ears as well.
The piano sound I used is quite good but the thing is geting wrong with the feeling and the velocity that is kinda mechanic (not human).
As for the organs listened, none of them are real, they are just sampled ones. (Reason)

Anyway thanks again. I think I'll wipe the crash.
