I need some help
Hello everybody,
Is there any one who has an idea to give me about how to install th KX in my computer? Recently, I had to disconnect one of my two hard disks. I swiched off the computer and I did it. Then, when I connected again and swiched on. Oh surprise my Kx was not there anymore. So I'm still trying to install it again but without succes. Infact, the Kx appears normaly in the menu bar and in the programs list but when I open my sequencer I receive a message that Kx is not installed. I know that windows lies frequently and I tried to go on anyway but there is no sounds anymore anywhere. Even the computer sounds disapeared. I desinstall KX three times and start again. NOTHING! I work actually with band in a box and his sequencer Power Tracks. To create and write I can do it without Kx but when I have to render midi files to audio, the operation is not possible and this, it seems is because of my SBlive sound card. Somebody in PGmusic forum told me to try Kx and for some months there was no problems to render my midi tracks in audio tracks even if Kx was not easy to start. During my 3 trys I notice that in the Windows audio control panel, the line in was muted and I unmuted it but without recovering the sound and if I reboot the computer, line in is muted again. Is there anyone who has an idea to let me have my sound again? I promis to send him a packet of belgian chocolats if ...

Hi!
Please place your questions into the general discussion - I´m sure nobody looks here... .And please give more details of your system config, OS and so on. And try the users guide of dj_stick to fix your problems, maybe this could help. Greetings! TravelRec.
