noob access question

i want to create a table with a list of shops and each shop will have the same predefined list of ....lets say.... hardware

so that when i click the plus sign next to the shps name in acess the whole hardware pops up....

and each shop will have the same hardware but with their on attributes

is it possible using relationships

plz help
