forum soft and server stuff

I found Xampp. They offer a lite version that runs on flash. I have also found MyUPB- forum software. Uses Flat text DB, sql not nescessary, so only needs PHP.

I don't know anything about Apache, or PHP.

What do I need to know to get Xampp lite win version running, not including installing it?
