Where to start...

Well, my mother wants to put together a basic website to foster a jewelry business she's been doing on the side for fun. She's come to me requesting I help put it together, not considering that the last time I did any web design, GeoCities was all the rage. So, I've brought my troubles to your doorstep folks... where do I start.

The site is going to be pretty simple: basically a place to browse her goods, a way to contact her, maybe a schedule for her shows, and an order form. At least that's all I can think of off hand. I'm looking for a place to purchase a domain name first I assume. Maybe from someplace with an easy editor to put the thing together, so hopefully she can update it with pics/pricing/etc. I'm not looking for anything free with ads or whatever, but keep in mind this is a home-craft business, I don't need HH bandwidth levels here.

Have at it! Let me know what I'm not considering and where I should look. Thanks!
