Searching something for VB, plz help

Guys i have a vBulletin v2.2.9 system on my forum (Hebrew).
Now i'm searching some hack that will cancel the post counter in some section.
Thet he will post the message but hes post counter will not rise.
Any one got something for me ?
And i know thet something like that have to be becouse i used once PHPBB and there was thing like this there. For VB i cont find it

Edit the forum, and set Count posts made in this forum towards user post counts? to No.
