Need a news manager

That will manage all the news by date.

So the layout would look like:

Anyone know of a program that will do that by default?

You can get an extension for Mozilla or FireBird that does this. And Evolution also ahs support for this.

Erm, wouldn't a simple news script suffice? I understand that you might want to get something out of this, but does he really need a CMS?
