Texture combination

Some body help to find a programm that can work with ani bitmap textures as *.jpg *.gif (wish *.psd) Please send brand or name this program [COLOR=red]that is lifeness[/COLOR]
[SIZE=medium]That programm must work with some textures not 1 and not 3 It must work with forms or vector or ay other scale or dimential structure [/SIZE]

Dude - why the need for big and coloured text? Blue text on a blue background is hard to read!

Not too sure, but would you be talking about vector based drawing software like Macromedia Freehand or Adobe Illustrator?
