imail server 7.15

I have had prob. with the mail server all day. The web message service (iwebmsg.exe) is using 99 to 100 percent of the CPU. If i just restart the service it will climb back up to 100 in a matter of minutes. If I restart the server it takes anywhere from 2 to 3 hours. I have been on ipswitch knowledge base a none of there ideas have worked. I have been at this about 12 hours and I am out of ideas. If any of you gurus have any idea it would be appreciated.

Specs

NT 4.0 SP 6 with all hotfixes
512 MB ECC
633 celeron
IMAIL Ver 7.15 licenced for 1000 email users

Thanks in advance

Ed

Well Its fixed after looking through all most all the domains in the registry I noticed that two domains were pointing to the same top level directory and point to the same main.mbx file which caused some kind of loop and drove the CPU up to 100%. Im glad thats over.
