html + flash

Ok my site right now is nothin but a lot of html code and i have a some flash files i wanna incorparate into the main page so does anyone know of any guides or can tell me how to put them together?

the best way is to use dreamweaver or a program like that if you arent an expert with raw HTML and insert flash media into the page via the menus ... its really straightforward. if you need more help ill try and help you on MSN messenger........ when im online UK time.

my instant messengar addy is Sourcer_2001@hotmail.com ive pretty much coded what i have on my site right now by myself but i am kindia stupmed on how to add cool tables (i.e. http://www.gapman.com (shame he gave up on it though)) and sections.
