Need to know if anyone is GOOD at this.Or know the resources to which I can do this myself, Or a guide to follow for this.

what do you need to know? what kind of bios? What are u trying to do? I can do it in some cases
there is allways some risk involved but i've done it sucesfully. Only time I had probs was useing an updated version of the rom.by bios pacher and that cooked the cpu unicode...

Other wise I can help you can get you the tools you need
