Short answer - no

Long answer - no. But it can be changed. You need to find a password changing program to do this. It will only change the administrators password. You should be able to find it at http://www.bhs.com (well it was there when I needed it around 2 years back)

This only applies to Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP

It was 2 years ago - I don't remember.

But I do remember what it did and where I got it from.
