Playing Music Via Flash

Hi everyone, I have a question, hopefully its not a dumb one..
OK, so i want to stream music on my site, ya know, a song or two in the background.. But i am not good enough with flash, I can do it, but, it doesnt stream, and i hate all the work to do just one song.. So, i was wondering if anyone knows of a really good program to automate the task, free, or pay, it doesnt matter, or if any one has any pointers etc, i just need help, thanks alot!
