100% XHTML Strict 1.1 and CSS2. Never bothered to make a good logo though.

It's a little sloppy, I have to clean it up a bit. I was originally going to use id's as opposed to classes, so the code reflects that. I can probably consolidate a bit of coding, but it does the job.

Hey - I didn't know about the background image part of CSS - nice

I tend to use ID's for the main layout sections and classes for repeat's (or old table-styles)

I'm not a graphic artist and don't believe in ripping other peoples good artwork.

I provide a clear, concise functional layout. Hmmm. The only image's I've used are xHTML 1.1 and CSS compliant logos, company logos and left & right arrows. Aside from that it's just coloured backgrounds. Makes a good LCARS style

I dunno, I'm wary of CSS...tables have always been pretty compatible, even with like Netscape 2 and IE 3.02...but then again, I also was wary of SSI and PHP...so who knows.

Any good info sources on CSS that you guys could post?

Just make it so it outputs text in non-compatible browsers.
