Can anyone help me make my php site, I have the site and everything, i just need someone that is alittle more skilled to help me with it..

What kind of a site is it? Address? What kind of help do you need?

Well the site is for my xbox clan, and will soon be for computer game clan too. The Address is http://alwaysoutnumbered.net What i need help with is some of the errors i get when i go into forums on the top of the page... umm also need help on to get a banner of mine in there.. Also some cool mods and blocks would be cool.. Maybe a diff temp?
