PHPnuke theme-help me

I don't have alot of experience with phpnuke. I'm making a new theme that shouldn't have any permissions issues for someone with a php game site. I'm having trouble figuring out how to go about it. I've already designed the new "module" title bars and the banner and a border that goes around each module. How do I get that into the theme and does anyone have a generic phpnuke theme with a image as the titlebar instead of a tiny square tiled.

NEEEEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best thing to do is look at other skins and find useful techniques to use in your own skin. There are a lot of site with skins for PHP-Nuke, e.g. :
