Does this break .NET 1.1?
I need to develop in .NET 1.1 while toying around with 2.0 on the same machine

.NET 2.0 is made to be able to coexist with v1.1. Some programs can have issues with having both installed, but in most cases those ought to be updated now that 2.0 is official.
