How to read driver dat files

[color=#000000]How to read dat files, in which are serialized ActiveX resources and settings.[/color]

[color=#000000]These files looks like Visual Basic ActiveX documents and have extension VBD. [/color]

[color=#000000]When I have both [/color]

[color=#000000]control.dll and[/color]

[color=#000000]control.vbd[/color]

[color=#000000]files in same folder VB6 should open them? [/color]

[color=#000000]Please advice how to do this exactly. I tried several articles from Microsoft[/color]

[color=#000000]Knowlede base, but without success.[/color]

[color=#000000]Any idea?[/color]
