Fable The Lost Chapters isn't working...

pleease help me out....

my specs are 1.8 Ghz, 384 MB RAM, 24x speed cd rom (but i have an external 52x speed), 128 MB video memory, and more than enough Hard Drive space (game only needs 3 GB)

I installed the game (Fable: The Lost Chapters for PC) but when i try to start it, it says it has encountered a problem and needs to close. It also says:

AppName: fable.exe AppVer: 25.7.13.149 ModName: fable.exe

ModVer: 25.7.13.149 Offset: 0063b6e7

I didn't install WindowBlinds because I heard that causes problems with Fable. The game is brand new and my computer is fine. What do i do???
