I ordered a Hauppauge! WinTV-PVR-350 after finding them via Froogle and found they had a good BBB record. I ordered late at night on a Thursday and got the card the following Monday. I didn't get an e-mail from them with the FedEx tracking number until that same Monday morning. The tracking data said the package was due for delivery the next day but was already on FedEx vehicle for delivery. Good thing I was able to stick around until they came. They could've put a little more filler in the box, but all was well. I would order from them again.
