Sparkle

Anyone ever bought some Sparkle products? I'm currently using their 1000W psu and their GTX 460 1gb. Both are running great...company doesn't have the biggest presence here (in the US) but it seems to be good. Their support has about a 4 second waittime usually (on phone) but it's not an 800 #, and they don't respond to inquiries via email.

My only other qualm is the PSU came with the date-of-manufacture-and-testing in it, and it says it was testes over 15 months ago. Not sure if it's fair to be selling a 15 month old product as new, but I guess psu's dont have a shelf life?

Re: Sparkle

I have never used their products personally but they use many OEM manufacturers that the bigger names use for their PSU's.

4 second wait time for customer support is extremely good even if they don't respond via email and so long as the PSU is not end of life by the time you ordered it you should be fine although I believe they are still required to honor any warranty.

Re: Sparkle

Sparkle is probably the BEST OEM PSU you can get..... while some people do not hear of them..... they are pretty huge...

Quite often they are the least problematic i've had... i've seen plenty of oem psu's blow up.. but sparkles seem to take the heat and the abuse
