Yep...that's right.

I need their help with the headset I won right here on HH. Out of the box it drops channels. One minute I'll have both front and center channels, the sub but not rear channels, then the center channel will fade out and I may lose a front channel as well.

Actually, I don't think I have ever had rear channels unless I put it on 7.1 but my setup is good.

Windows shows that some sound is being made but the indicator on the amp doesn't flash. I had minor success with twisting the 3.5mm connection but clearly there's a disconnect somewhere.

I put in a support ticket on the 14th and here it is, almost one week later without so much as a peep. Asus, Intel and OCZ have all answered back within a few days and are larger than Psyko Audio so I'm not really impressed.

Here is what their auto reply pumped out:

Thank you, we have received your contact request.
We will reply as soon as we are able.

As soon as we are able to? I'll go to the moon as soon as I'm able to!

So far I'm not impressed and it's a good thing I still have my Arctic Sound P531 headset.
