no, this is actually the first i've heard of them, most of my hardware is bought in stores or at swapmeets

never needed it, everytime i buy something there though they tell me lots of info about the product. If i call them with a question they are always happy to answer it. Never needed to RMA anything, or had any problems with anything. And they always throw in extra cables and stuff for free. Plus i know the guys at the local one here and they are pretty friendly.

(I should note that i use the Pick up service and not the post service.) and im talking about the Gold Coast one only.
