well only used them once, but my order placed on sunday night was shipped on monday morning and received tuesday morning, which can't be bad

cant say I have, what did you order? I normally test out companies first with a small price order....

it was really well packed with enough bubble wrap to protect me let alone anything else

I've only one order from them of course (but on this evidence that'll change) but they seem to be really very thorough, had half a dozen emails informing me of order progress too, and the tracking number 2 hours before city link had updated their site

well that might have been advantageous
