Antec LanBoy Air Modular Case - Introduction
A few years ago Antec were known for high quality, feature packed cases but they certainly couldn't be called exciting. Focusing on functionality and clean design allowed them to create a large consumer base who wanted a quality product but it seems the designers were itching to make something a little different and luckily for them they were allowed to think out of the box for a while. The result was the Skeleton, an open air case which was hugely different to anything Antec had released before.
The Antec designers were let loose on power supply designs, creating the CPX form factor which allows for larger units and as a result significantly changing the internal layout. Think two PCB's mounted in parallel. |
