Corsair GS800 - Gaming Series Power Supply Review

For a number of years now Corsair have been building a family of high quality PSUs under their TX, HX and VX product ranges. These PSUs have been incredibly well received and we saw with the release of the AX and TX2 ranges over the past few months that Corsair have lost none of their skill when it comes to releasing new models to enhance their product catalogue.

It would be fair to say though that the AX and TX2 ranges are premium products with great performance but a price which might be a little too high for some budgets. Enter the new GS range of PSUs from Corsair which are designed to provide over 80% efficiency and solid voltages for a more mainstream price. Let's see if the 800w model can meet the high expectations we have of Corsair products.
