Alienware M11x R3 Laptop Review

Just over a year ago Alienware launched a system which changed the ultra-portable market significantly. That machine was the M11x and it brought to market many of the features we love about Alienware products such as the great design and high end performance but in a much smaller form factor than we could have expected. Then, 6 months later a new revision was released, enhancing the experience with updates such as NVIDIA Optimus technology and Intel's latest Core i5 CPU.

Today Alienware is launching a number of new machines including a new revision of the M11x the R3. We have one of the first samples on our test bench and will be putting it through a selection of real world gaming, media and productivity tests to find out if the latest model retains the high level of build quality and performance we saw in the last revision.
