Enermax Platimax 1200W Power Supply Review

Recently Enermax released their MAXREVO range of PSU's, a set of 80 Plus Gold Certified units which are amongst the best available on the market right now. The 1350w model that we tested a month ago won our recommended award, scoring an excellent 9/10 overall and we wouldn't hesitate to use it in any enthusiast system, especially those which will go through a number of graphics card and CPU updates in the future.

As with any product though there is always room for an upgrade here, a tweak there and that is exactly what Enermax have done to create the Platimax range. Building on the excellent foundations of the MAXREVO design is a unit which is 80 Plus Platinum certified and today attached to our test rig we have the 1200w model.
