Media playback tests, whether it is video playback or HTML5 processing, is performed exceptionally well by the new Ivy Bridge CPU backed by our new Z77 based Gigabyte board. In both tasks we have CPU resource free to maximise multi-tasking potential while consuming demanding content online.
NOTE: The YouTube test doesn't cause the AMD CPU to exit low power mode and so it runs at a lower clock speed for this test, increasing the CPU use figure past the level expected.
