Razer Mass Effect 3 Gear: BlackWidow Ultimate Keyboard, Onza XBOX 360 Controller, Imperator Mouse, Chimaera 5.1 Headset and Vespula Gaming Surface Review
Without doubt Razer are one of the key players in gaming peripherals, their BlackWidow Ultimate as an example is one of the best, if not the best, mechanical gaming keyboards available. The Onza Tournament Edition for PC/360 is without doubt the best controller for those platforms with some excellent features which really benefit gaming and we have been very impressed with the Chimaera wireless headsets which allow us to enjoy our audio at the PC/console or anywhere else within a 10m radius. That's before we even consider their wide and varied range of mice and pads which continue to win awards across the net, including the excellent Naga HEX
which we reviewed here.
A few months ago Razer took a bundle of their best hardware and branded it with Battlefield 3 artwork and extras. It was a good move as it allowed those who loved the game to tailor their peripherals to a particular taste and now Razer are back with a similar idea. We have the BlackWidow Ultimate keyboard, Onza Tournament Edition controller, Imperator 2012 mouse, Chimaera 5.1 headset and Vespula pad on our test bench today, all with Mass Effect 3 branding.
