As with the Nano500 set, the 200 Mini adapters are finished in white high-gloss and feature the same three status LED's indicating power status, Ethernet connection and Powerline connection status. The vents around the adapters are a lot more subdued due to the larger size of these adapters over the Nano's and also the lower connection rate. Again we have Pick-a-Plug capability using the 3-colour status light and the same boundaries are used >80Mbps, >50 <80Mbps and <50Mbps. The theoretical maximum connection rate is 200Mbps. This is not full Duplex, meaning the device cannot send/receive at this speed and so only includes a 10/100 Ethernet port and not Gigabit like the Nano500's.

This time the RJ45-Ethernet, factory reset pin-hole and security button are all located underneath the adapter leaving clean lines along the remaining three sides. On the rear side we have the label detailing the model number, mac address and password - required if manually configuring security through the Powerline Utility.
