Inno3D iChiLL GeForce GTX 670 HerculeZ 3000 Edition Graphics Card Review
Over the last few months NVIDIA have been releasing products from their GTX 600 series and it would be fair to say that the first two products, the
GTX 680 and
GTX 690 were hugely impressive. A strong case could be made for both products on why they were more desirable than competitors models and when we first looked at the
GTX 670 last week we found it to be a very interesting take on the Kepler architecture.
It seems each manufacturer is going to take its own unique approach to building a card around the GTX 670 GPU with some going for compact models and others heading for larger PCBs with significant cooling solutions and overclocks. Inno3D fall into the second category and it is their custom GTX 670 which we have on our test bench today. With a triple fan cooler which certainly stands out from anything else we have seen and a factory overclock on an extended PCB can it compete with an overclocked Radeon 7900 cards in real world gaming, media and GPU computing?
