Schenker XMG P722 Gaming Laptop Review

XMG P722 - Lid Up and Internal

Schenker XMG P722 screen

Opening up the P722 we find a 17.3" display which on our review sample was 1920x1080pixels with a matte finish. As is normal for mobile systems a webcam is integrated into the display surround, just above the centre along with a microphone. The camera used here offers 2.0MP operation.

Down at the body we have a system which notes the use of Onkyo speakers with a mix of textured metal and soft touch finishes surrounding the backlit keyboard.

Looking down to the main body of the system we have a power button at the top right and a keyboard which is close to full size. The touch pad integrates the left and right mouse buttons and has a textured finish with fingerprint reader located off to the right.

Schenker XMG P722 internal

Inside the system spacious with plenty of room for airflow. We can clearly see the wireless card, a wireless-N dual band/Bluetooth 3.0 model with Killer branding. Corsair Vengeance memory is also present as is one of their Neutron SSDs and a Seagate Momentus XT hybrid drive.
