The result in this test will go some way to showing how responsive a drive will be in Windows use as the operations performed are similar to the random reads and writes regularly performed by the OS. In this test we see that the PNY drive doesn't quite fare as well as it did in Atto. 341/265MB/s is still a decent result and one which compares favourably with the other Sandforce drives (Force GS/Intel 520) but the Marvell, Indilinx, Link-A and Samsung controllers do better in this type of test.
