Tt eSPORTS Console One Stereo Headset Review
Recently we looked at the Shock gaming headset from Tt eSports, the gaming peripheral arm of Thermaltake. The Shock headset impressed us with its quality and performance for an entry level model, showing that Tt eSports can offer a wide range of peripherals at varied price points without compromising quality. Something which they continued to demonstrate with the Meka G-Unit Illuminated last month.
Packaging and Bundle
The Console One is supplied in a large cardboard box that features a clear plastic cut away on the right hand side. Unlike other headsets from Tt eSports the Console One does not have a picture of the headset on the front cover. Instead we find iconography that highlights the key features of the headset along with confirmation that the headset supports both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.
Turning to the back of the packaging we do find a picture of the headset, along with a note of the key features of the Console One in multiple languages.
On the left hand side of the package we get a quick run-down on the technical specifications of the Console One ear pieces and microphone. As previously mentioned the right hand side of the package has a clear plastic cut away that allows us to see the headset. The packaging carries a green and white design theme, which ties it neatly into the console market as it matches the Xbox 360 colour scheme.
Taking the Console One headset out the box we find that it is securely contained within a plastic moulding. This ensures that the headset is kept safe during transit.
Along with the headset Tt eSports have provided a quick set up guide. This multi-language set up guide outlines how the headset can be connected to a PC or console and Thermaltake have also provided a nice travel pouch for holding the headset.
