Introduction
BFG, a company renowned as a VGA card manufacturer have recently released several PSU products, mostly aimed towards enthusiasts and power users. Today we will review one of their higher end units, the ES series 800W power supply.
The ES series are not modular supplies they are designed to deliver great electrical performance and today we will put the unit through its paces to see how it holds up.

Packaging and Bundle
The BFG ES PSU is supplied in a subtle cardboard box, with no artwork apart from a simple picture of the unit. The box is sturdy and the unit is held between two thick Styrofoam pieces, this package will provide more than ample protection during shipping. The bundle is nothing out of the ordinary; however BFG have added a set of 5 black cable straps as well as a basic bundle of screws, AC cable and a manual.
