For Doom 3 we set the ingame settings to maximum other than quality which is set to medium. AA/AF are controlled from the driver control panels.

As with most Radeon vs Geforce comparisons the Doom 3 results favour the Geforce card. Both cards provided good IQ and playable framerates with no issues and regardless of your purchase you’d be able to play Doom 3, even with a little AA and AF.
