ZOTAC GeForce GTX 285 AMP! Edition

It is hard to miss a Zotac box with its bright orange design and while there is a little information on the front we have much less technical information than the BFG model. Zotac instead concentrate on more marketing related items such as the free software and support for PhysX. Inside the box we find a bundle similar to that offered by BFG, including a DVI to HDMI dongle, with the addition of a free copy of Race Driver: Grid and 3D Mark Vantage.

As with the other GTX 285s we have seen recently the Zotac version uses the standard dual slot cooler with a branded sticker on the main body of the casing. There are two Dual-Link DVIs on this card alongside a TV-Out which is capable of outputting SD and HD signals. Underneath the cooler is a 55nm GT200 core, clocked at 702Mhz with 240 shader processors set to 1512MHz. There is 1024mb of GDDR3 present on this card, connected to the core by a 512-Bit bus. All standard features are supported including Shader Model 4.0 and Blu-Ray acceleration.
