For those building a new system or upgrading a cooler on their processor a decent thermal paste can knock a few degrees off the temperature of major system components. For quite some time Arctic Cooling were the industry leader in thermal material with their impressive MX-1 and more recently MX-2 - however a new company, Gelid, hit the market with an excellent alternative in the form of GC-1 about a year ago.
