Chill Innovation 450W PSU - Introduction
Many people believe that the overall performance of a power supply unit is somehow connected to its maximum power output. This is entirely untrue as the maximum power output has little to do with the performance of a power supply, meaning that a 500W unit can perform just as well as a 1000W unit; it just cannot output as much power. Today we are going to test and review the Chill Innovation CP-450F, a product able to continuously output "only" 450W but designed to deliver excellent performance. On paper the CP-450F seems to be the perfect choice for the average home/gaming PC, but can it deliver the performance the company promises? Read on to find out. |
