In both of our synthetic tests the Corsair
outperforms the Geil 667 by a small margin, looking at
the difference in performance when running the Corsair
at its lower timings results in a very good gain. The
PC mark scores increase by 3% from the timings change
alone and help put a clear difference between the two
brands of memory. It’s also worth noting that the
3-2-2-8 results are the fastest scores we’ve seen
from any DDR2 667 MHz on our test system.
