Conclusion:

After spending some quality time with Noctua NC-U6 and overcoming the initial problems we had with the compatibility on the Asus P5W DH I must say that Noctua has done it again. They have released yet another impressive product; the NC-U6 does a marvellous job in keeping the chipset cool and helped by adding another 12 MHZ to the over clock on the P5W DH. The craftsmanship and quality of this product was outstanding, and the installation easy. But is this product a must have for all users? Probably not, however for the casual over clocker who wants to squeeze every last bit of performance out of his hardware it certainly makes a viable proposition. Especially if water cooling is out of the question.

The only negative to be said about this product may be the risk of incompatibility issues, depending on the hardware you have. The orientation of the chipset, size and the type of the CPU cooler can be very important things to take into consideration before purchasing.
