Ground Control 2 has been a favourite of mine for reviewing with for a while. There are some nice Pixel shader 2.0 effects in the engine and a great deal of pixel shader water. As you can see from the above results both cards handle this game with ease. Interestingly the PNY 6800 U is ahead by a reasonable margin at lower settings where as this lead is reversed at higher resolutions. At Maximum the Radeon gives a higher average fps however comes out slightly worse on min fps, its unlikely that the 2fps min fps difference would be noticeable when playing.
