Oblivion
was released a while ago and features one of the
best looking game worlds ever seen on the PC.
The level of detail available mixed with the exceptional
use of HDR lighting is really the type of experience
that redefines what you expect from your games.

Rendering
a vast array of sprites to display the vegetation
in Oblivion can be quite taxing and every extra
Mhz can help. While 4 fps may not sound much they
are very noticeable when playing this game. Whereas
the reference card will often choke during an
encounter in the middle of the forest, the Sonic
version is more able to maintain a steady framerate.
Spell effects also cause a larger drop in performance
for the reference board than for the Sonic one.
