F.E.A.R. Extraction point

F.E.A.R contained some of the most demanding graphics available. The same is still true for Extraction Point, the expansion pack to the horror FPS. The graphics in the game are pretty much the same as before. We had to rename the executable so we would gain the performance boost from the driver optimizations though. For our testing soft shadows are off.

The increased memory capacity once again proves to be an important factor when playing with AA enabled. Things would most likely be different if the PCI-E card had additional memory, but so far the performance of the Sapphire card is surpassing expectations. We expected the particle effects, the detailed textures and high poly counts to choke the AGP bus, but it looks like even F.E.A.R. is not demanding enough to achieve that.
