Our encoding test is run using ImTOO
DVD Ripper and involves taking a 225mb vob
file and encoding to DivX (31mb). The time taken was recorded
with ImTOO.

DVD encoding is another highlight of the performance
given by the Shuttle, the 1 second difference over 225mb’s
encoding doesn’t seem much however when you consider
many films are now 6gb or more in length you would begin
to see an advantage of over 30 seconds when encoding a
full movie on the Shuttle system.
