Serious Sam 2 is an older game which runs in both D3D and Opengl, for the purposes of this review I set it to run in default Opengl mode (which is not ATI's forte). Nonetheless due to the age of this game and the power of the new hardware any resolution and any setting of Anti-Aliasing and Aniso is perfectly playable. The X700XT handles this game engine with ease, pumping out over sixty frames per second at 1600x1200 with four times anti-aliasing and sixteen times anisotropic filtering.
