Sisoft’s “Sandra”
tool runs a series of component specific tests
on systems and allows comparisons to a wide number
of components within the results database. This
can be useful in determining how well a system
is performing and if any changes in components
would benefit performance.

When comparing with a high
powered desktop system the figures above may seem
rather disappointing, however if you look at the
figures from a “laptop perspective”
they are exceptional.
